Barbara Minsker provides training and facilitation to companies and non-profit organizations to develop leadership skills and promote healthy and productive workplaces. Since launching her business in 2010, Barbara has supported businesses, government agencies, and other organizations in developing stronger staff, teams, and leadership with the emotional intelligence skills and knowledge to achieve new levels of innovation and success.

Barbara's training and facilitation are based on a simple idea — that emotional intelligence (EQ) skills and knowledge are the key to leadership and innovation and ultimately success. She uses a unique synthesis of proven EQ approaches called Mindful Living with Purpose and Resilience.
